About Bandobast.ai

Bandobast.ai transforms existing CCTV infrastructure into an intelligent monitoring and alerting system. It runs on commodity edge hardware such as Raspberry Pi, Mini PCs and desktops, and can be deployed and supported remotely.

The mission

Create a nationwide network of partners who can sell, deploy and support Bandobast.ai across offices, factories, schools, hospitals, apartments, retail environments and public spaces.

What this person will build

Partner Network

  • Recruit CCTV dealers, system integrators and technology partners.
  • Build city-by-city and state-by-state coverage.
  • Create long-term, productive partner relationships.

Partner Programme

  • Design onboarding, certification and enablement.
  • Define pricing, incentives, lead-sharing and territory rules.
  • Create repeatable sales and implementation playbooks.

Growth Engine

  • Drive partner-led revenue and repeat business.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Build the future channel organisation as the business scales.

The ideal profile

8–15 years of experience in channel sales, partner development or ecosystem building. A hands-on builder who has expanded a territory or partner business, understands security or networking channels, and is comfortable creating systems from scratch.
